摘要
以建立低碳图书馆为目标,利用情景分析的方法和步骤进行研究:定义问题,确定研究目的;识别出六项关键决定要素;分析多种关键外部力量;选择三个不确定性轴面;详细地选择并阐述情景。最后,结合南京工业大学图书馆的低碳建设实践分析情景的运用。
With a view to constructing a low-carbon library, this paper, by means of scenario analysis, defines the problems to set up the purpose of the study, identifies the six key factors, analyzes several important external forces, chooses three uncertain sections, selects and elaborates on scenarios carefully, and finally studies the application of the scenarios by taking into consideration the experience of Nanjing University of Technology in constructing a low - carbon library.
