从高校图书馆内外部用户的概念和内涵出发,论述了图书馆与用户在绩效考评中的相互关系以及建立以用户为中心的馆员绩效考评体系总体构想、考评内容、通用指标、各部分指标的权重分配、考评实施方法、步骤以及考评结果的应用等内容。

Starting from the concept and connotation of on- and off-campus users, this paper expounds the librarian-user relationship in librarians ＇performance evaluation and elaborates on the overall design of a user-centered performance evaluation system, the evaluation content, the common indexes, the weight of every index, the methods and the procedures of the evaluation and the use of the evaluation results.
