摘要
随着互联网的迅猛发展和全面渗透,青年学生网络素养提升的必要性和实施策略成为一个亟需探讨的问题。文章对网络素养教育的缘起、内涵和必要性进行了具体阐述,并从目标、内容、方法、途径等方面对青年学生网络素养提升策略做了探讨。
With the rapid development and the wide spread of the internet,the practical significance and the implementing strategy become a pressing issue for discussion.The article elaborates on the origin,the connotation and the necessity of network accomplishment education,and discusses on strategies to promote young students＇ network accomplishment from the aspects of objective,content,method and approach.
