Based on analysing the necessity of building specialized teams of college counsellors in the new period,the thesis dwells on the principle and the path of designing specialized teams as well as the framework of the teams.It puts forward the main organizing patterns of specialized teams of college counsellors,namely,the teams with organizational systems and the teams without organizational systems,and offers specific classifications and analyses.
