摘要
本文对2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己基酯(P507)从含有Ca2+、Fe3+、F-、PO3-4、Th4+、Al3+、Mn2+的多组分硫酸稀土溶液中一步萃取分离铈(Ⅳ)工艺进行研究,得到纯度≥99.9%的氧化铈产品及少铈碳酸稀土产品(CeO2/REO≤3%)。
The process for separating cerium() from the rare earth solution consisting of Ca2+Fe3+F-PO3-4Th4+Mn4+Al3+ through extracting with 2-ethyl hexyl 2-ethyl hexyl phosphonic acid in one step was investigated on industrialscale.Cerium oxide (CeO2/REO9990%) and ceriumless rare earth carbonate (CeO2/REO3%) was obtained simultaneously.
