摘要
建立了一种以锌与meso-四-(3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯基)卟啉显色反应为基础的二阶导数光度法测定血清中锌的方法.在10ml溶液中,0~2μgZn^(2+)符合比耳定律.血清中共存元素不干扰锌的测定,其二阶导数光度法的检出限为1.86ng·ml^(-1),已用于血清中锌的直接测定.结果满意.
It is reported in this paper that a method of secondary derivetive spectrophotometric determina-tion of trace amounts of zinc in human blood is proposed. Meso-tetra-(3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxyphenyl) porphyrin is used as chromogenic reagent for Zn(Ⅱ) ion. The determination range is 0-2. 0μg of zinc in 10ml solution and the detection limit is found to be 1. 86ng · ml^(-1). Most of the metal ions in reasonable amounts do not interfere with the determination of zinc in blood serum.
