食蟹猴肾移植术后并发尿漏的分析

Leakage of Urine in cynomolgus monkeys undergoing renal transplantation:analysis of 180 cases

回顾性分析于2006年11月至2008年7月进行的食蟹猴同种异体肾移植术180例的资料,总结食蟹猴肾移植术后并发尿漏的原因、处理经验与教训。方法食蟹猴180例,雄性,年龄3-5岁,体重(4.3±0.69 kg)。配好型的两只动物互为供体和受体。使用盐酸氯胺酮和速眠新各0.1 ml/Kg肌注麻醉。供体左肾被摘除后使用4℃的Euro-Collins灌注并保存,时间不超过30分钟。用8-0的缝合线将供体肾动脉端侧缝合到受体腹主动脉,供体肾静脉缝合到受体下腔静脉。将供体输尿管与受体右侧输尿管端端吻合。结果 180例肾移植模型共发生术后并发症24例,其中尿漏7例,占各种术后并发症的29.17%。发生时间为肾移植术后第5至11天,均伴随有肌酐值的显著升高。

Objective Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 180 cynomolgus monkeys（male,age range 3 to 5years,weighted 4.3±0.69 kg） who received renal transplantation in our laboratory from November 2006 to July 2008,we summarize the cause and experience of surgical complications after renal transplantation.Methods Each animal in this study acted as both donor and recipient.All monkeys were be anesthetized by intramuscular injection with ketamine HCI and sumianxin Ⅱ0.1 ml/kg.The left kidney of donor was be mobilized and excised,with attachment of the long segment of renal vessels and ureter.Then,the renal allograft was perfused by 4℃ euro-collins solution and was stored in the same solution for less than 30 min while recipients were being prepared.After bilateral nephrectomy of recipients was accomplished,the graft kidney was transplanted into the lower part of abdomen with end-to-side anastomoses of renal artery to aorta and renal vein to vena cava,and with end-to-end anastomosis of donor and recipient ureters with 8-0 nylon sutures.Results About 180 monkeys,24 cases developed surgical complications,7 cases developed leakage of urine with the incidence rate of 29.17%.
