摘要
提出了用火焰原子吸收法连续测定儿童头发中六种微量元素的方法.儿童头发经处理后,可直接用火焰原子吸收法连续测定其中的铜、锌、铁、钙、镁、锰.方法的精密度(RSD)<11 %,标准加入回收率为95.4%~103.8%,结果满意.
A new method to determine micro amounts of Cu. Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg and Mn in hairs of children by FAAS is reported in this paper. The samples are washed first with a synthetic detergent and deionized water, and then ashed in a high temperature furnace. The residue is dissolved in HNO3 and the contents of Cu·Zn·Fe·Ca·Mg and Mn are determined by FAAS. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is smaller than 11% and the recoveries obtained are 95. 4%-103.8%. The results obtained are satisfactory.
