高中数学教师的学科知识与学科教学知识研究——以导数知识为例 被引量:21

摘要 以高中数学教师导数知识为例,研究影响高中数学教师学科知识与学科教学知识的主要因素.发现:教师所在的学校类别对教师导数知识的影响显著,重点学校、普通学校与农村学校存在较大差异;年龄、职称对教师学科教学知识有显著影响,对学科知识影响不显著.运用单因素方差分析教师个人努力程度的差异检验结果表明:实践中经常阅读专业书籍并反思教学的教师与教学经验少,很少或没有反思的教师之间存在显著差异.采用独立样本t检验表明:是否教过高三对教师的学科知识影响显著.本研究为教师专业发展指明了方向,为教师学科知识与学科教学知识的发展提供参考价值. Taking their knowledge of derivative as an example,this paper studies the major factors affecting senior middle school math teachers' subject matter knowledge(SMK) and pedagogical content knowledge(PCK).The present study reveals that the category of the school where the teacher works exerts a remarkable influence on his knowledge of derivative,with a considerable gap between those from key middle schools,those from average ones and those from schools in the countryside.Besides,teachers' age and professional title has great impact on their PCK,but has little influence on their SMK.Single factor variance analysis of teachers' personal efforts shows a great divergence between those regularly reflecting upon their own teaching while reading professional books and those who lack teaching experience and seldom reflects.The t-test of samples indicates teachers' experience of teaching senior three students contributes to their SMK.With all this analysis above,this study shows the direction for teacher development,their development in SMK and PCK in particular.
