振动工况下磨料磨损试验研究

摘要 设计了一台振动磨料磨损试验机,进行动载荷作用下磨料磨损研究试验。本试验针对45#钢和42CrMo两种材料在不同形状规格和不同磨料下,改变振动频率来研究振动对两种材料磨损量的影响,通过试验数据得出关系曲线,并对其进行理论分析。试验结果表明:振动对磨料磨损的影响不容忽视。在低频振动范围内,对45#钢并非振动频率越高磨损量越多,而是有一个分界点;而对于42CrMo而言,在f〉2.5Hz时还出现振动减磨的情况: In order to solve the grinding abrasion in the moving load function, a vibration grinding abrasion testing machine is designed, 45# steel and 42CrMo of different specifications and abrasive are used to study the impact on vibration and wear of two material by changing the vibration frequency. The relation curve is obtained according to the experimental data and theoretical analysis to it. The test result indicales that the impact on vibration and grinding abrasion can't be ignored. In low frequency vibration scope,the wear of 45# is not more with higher vibration frequency. There is a threshold. The wear of 42CrMo is reduced when f 〉2.5Hz.
