摘要
在对国内外设备管理信息系统详细分析的基础上,结合企业设备管理的现状和集成化设备管理基本需求,优化了集成化设备管理流程,设计了集成化设备管理信息系统的功能模型。同时,对进行集成化设备管理过程中涉及的关键技术问题进行了研究。采用生产计划推动设备维修计划的维修模式,自动生成设备维护计划并反馈给生产计划,实现了设备精度监控,并能有效地进行占用资金统计和成本分析。
With the detailed investigation of management information systems for equipments all of the world,the integrated equipment management workflows are optimized based on the status of equipment management and the demand of user in manufacturing enterprise. Then, the function model of the integrated equipment management information system is proposed. The key technologies in the integrated equipment management information system,such as maintenance programs planning, plant information feed back and equipment precision surveillance, are discussed. The occupation of capital and cost analysis of equipments can also be implemented in this system.
