摘要
介绍了用于炉卷轧机改善除鳞效果的高压小流量除鳞系统的设备参数、系统结构、设备安装和应用效果,该高压小流量除鳞装置的水压为0.24MPa左右,流量小于50L/min,打击力保持在0.35MPa以上,投用后,卷轧钢板头尾麻点数量大幅减少,麻面长度明显缩短,钢板的红锈情况也得到改善。
The equipment parameters,system structure,equipment installation and application effects of high pressure and low flow descaling system were introduced,which was used in Steckel Mill of Nanjing Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.The water pressure is about 0.24MPa,flow is smaller than 50L/min and the impact force is kept over 0.35MPa.The numbers of pit defect products is obviously reduced,and the rust situation of plate is improved too.
