我国同城化发展与区域协调规划对策研究

Study on Integrative Development and Regional Coordinated Planning Strategies in China

文章从区域同城化产生的背景和内涵出发,对我国部分中心城市业已开展的同城化发展案例的现象及其特征进行了的分析,深入剖析了同城化发展的内外部条件,并指出了目前我国现有制度对同城化发展指导的缺失。最后,文章总结了同城化发展的空间模式、空间规划内容和区域空间规划体系衔接等规划对策。

Based upon the backgrounds and connotations of the emergence of urban areas integration, this paper analyzes the phenomenon, characteristics, internal and external conditions of some integration cases in Chinese central cities, and points out some deficiencies of current institutional guidance to the integration. Then, the spatial model and the spatial planning content of urban areas integration as well as the connective strategies of the regional spatial planning system are summed up.
