旧工业区适应性更新改造研究——以夏桥为例

目前,我国正处于新型工业化和快速城市化的发展阶段。随着城市产业结构的调整,工业用地更新正在改变着城市的空间结构和功能结构。区域经济发展也对不同的城市提出了不同的要求,城市的旧工业区面临着主动或被动的更新。本文首先介绍了旧工业区更新改造的背景,提出了对旧工业区进行适应性更新发展的观点。通过介绍适应性评价的具体内容及方法,结合夏桥的适应性更新改造的具体实例探讨了旧工业区的适应性更新改造的策略。

Nowadays China is in the stage of new industrialization and rapid urbanization. With the city＇s industrial restructuring, the industrial land＇s updating is changing urban structure and function. Regional economic development also makes different requirements for different cities, The city＇s old industrial areas are faced with active or passive updating. Firstly, the paper introduces the background of renovation, and proposes that old industrial areas should implement adaptive update. By introducing the suitability of the specific contents and methods, the paper discusses the old industrial area of adaptive strategies for renewal combined with the examples of adaptive renovation about Xiaqiao mine.
