摘要
针对不锈钢管行业的现状和特点,对一些关键工序的生产设备进行接口技术改造,实现质量信息的数据采集与传输以供分析、处理和共享。在此基础上,实现信息共享的网络化QC管理系统平台,并在此平台上实现故障模式及影响分析、故障报告和纠正措施以及工艺参数的协同优化技术,从而实现企业对产品质量管理的"可知、可控、可管"。
In order to realize data acquisition of the quality information and transmission for analysis,processing and sharing,some key interface of processes production equipments are transformed in the light of existing state and characteristic of the stainless steel pipe industry.Further,a networked quality control management system is also implemented based on sharing information.Moreover,failure mode and effects analysis,failure report analysis and corrective action system,and process parameters of the collaborative optimization technology are simultaneously achieved based upon this system platform.As a result,enterprise management can obtain a known,controllable and manageable mode for product quality.
