摘要
为了加强对煤矿各输送皮带产量的实时控制,实现远程观测与统计,设计了采用以太网光纤收发器为主要数据传输媒介的多台智能型皮带秤称重仪表的联网远程监控系统。采用光纤进行数据的远距离传输,利用PC工控机和可视化编程软件VB的网络内核与智能型称重仪表进行数据的实时传输及处理,同时还设计了界面友好的上位机控制软件。用户现场使用的情况表明,该系统运行稳定,具有一定的实用价值。
To enhance coal production of the real-time control of conveyor belt and achieve remote observation and statistics,the belt scale weighing instrument networking system is designed.This system uses Ethernet optical transceiver to transfer and process those real-time data from many intelligent belt scale weighing instruments through VB network kernel on PC.At the same time,this system includes an interface of control and operation on PC.The test datasheet from users in experimentation indicates that this system is stable and valuable.
