摘要
通过改变聚酯的二羧酸成分来改变聚合体的性质,加入改性剂5- 磺酸钠- 1 ,3- 间苯二甲酸二甲酯来达到水分散的目的,并改变其摩尔百分数,使聚酯树脂对水的敏感性也随之变化。实验结果表明:SIPM 用量以10% ~12% 为好,与有关的二元醇、二羧酸进行共缩聚后制得的水分散性聚酯树脂,可在粘合剂、浆料。
The component of dicarboxylic acid in the polyester is altered and the properties of the polymer are improved.1,3-Benzenedicarboxylic acid,5-sulfo-1,3-dimethyl ester(SIPM) is added to the polyester,giving water-dispersible products.Changing the mole fraction and the water-sensitivity is changed.10%~12% SIPM copolying with dibasic alcohol and dicarboxylic acids can give better water-dispersible polyester.It can be applied in adhesives,coating,sizing agent.
