摘要
USB接口的通用性和简便性使其成为数据采集系统与嵌入式系统进行数据传输的理想选择。因此,设计一款以单片机控制MAX197芯片进行模数转换,以及通过USB接口芯片PDIUSBD12进行数据传输的采集系统,并详细介绍了单片机固件程序和嵌入式驱动程序的具体实现。最后通过实际采集正弦波信号进行测试以验证该系统的可用性,并针对出现的问题提出了相应的改善措施。改善后的整个系统功耗低、可靠性高,传输速度能满足实际的数据采集任务。
The universality and simplicity makes USB interface a good choice for data transmission between data acquisition system and embedded system.Therefore,this paper designed a data acquisition system using MAX197 chip for AD conversion and the USB interface chip PDIUSBD12 for data transmission.The paper also introduced the implementation of the firmware program and the embedded driver.Finally,this paper verified the availability of the system through the sine wave signal test,and raised improvement measures against the corresponding problems.The improved overall system is of low power consumption,high reliability and the transmission speed can meet the actual data acquisition tasks.
