摘要
分析了当前我国的高等教育在人才培养目标、人才培养过程、师生评价标准以及高校与外界关系等方面存在妨碍开展创业教育的思想观念与制度设计。总结了开展创业教育的内涵与特点。提出了中国高校只有以创业教育为契机,通过一场系统改革来培育开展创业教育的合适土壤,才能确保创业教育实现预期目标:从专业教育、就业教育转向自我雇佣、自主创业教育;从重视知识与记忆转向重视过程和思维;从学术专家转向学术企业家;从一元考核转向多元考察;从封闭、狭隘转向开放、合作。
Nowadays, many factors hinder the ideological concept and institutional design of developing entrepreneurship education in China's higher education. These factors include talent cultivation goal,talent cultivation process, teachers and students' evaluation criteria and the relationship between colleges and universities and the outside world. Based on the above analysis, this paper summarizes the characteristics of entrepreneurship education and points out that colleges and universities of China should take the opportunity of developing entrepreneurship education and foster the suitable environment for entrepreneurship education so as to realize the anticipated goal of entrepreneurship education.
