摘要
针对目前单回路PID控制系统稳定性不高,控制效果不理想的情况,提出以ARM7S3C44B0X 32位嵌入式芯片为核心设计的单回路控制器的设计方法,该芯片具有强大的数据处理功能。在设计过程中选择了更便捷的C语言平台,很大程度地缩短设计周期。采用了数字PID控制算法实现控制目的,通过PID参数调试,超调量减小,调整时间缩短,过渡过程平稳,控制效果良好。实验结果表明:基于S3C44B0X芯片的单回路PID控制器很好地满足控制性能指标,具有较大的应用价值。
For the situation that the stability of single-loop PID control system is not high,control result is not satisfactory at present,the proposed single-loop controller is designed based on ARM7S3C44B0X 32 bit embedded chip.The chip has a powerful capabilities of data processing.More convenient platform for C language is selected in the design process,design cycle is shortened largely.Digital PID control algorithm is used to achieve control purposes.Through debugging PID parameters,overshoot is reduced,the adjustment time is shorten,transition is smoothed,control effect is good.The results show that single-loop PID controller based on S3C44B0X chip meets control performance index nicely and has great applications value.
