摘要
该文以锅炉水冷壁为对象,用 T 型管和直管来模拟爆管过程。考虑管内工质为单相和汽液两相时,选取适合于描述其流动的一维两相流体模型,建立采用“交错网格”差分格式的差分方程并用半隐式方法求解。模拟结果表明,模型能正确地反映管内流动,用该方法来模拟爆管是方便可行的,同时也能为锅炉爆管事故提供比较准确的分析结果。图7 表1
The paper describes how straight and T shaped tubes are used in the simulation study of bursting processes of tubes. A one dimensional two phase model is used for representing the flow in tubes which may be of single or two phase pattern. A quasi implicit solution is found from a set of finite difference equations derived for an interwoven network. Simulation results show that the model can accurately represent flow patterns within tubes, and may conveniently be used for studying bursting phenomena of tubes and provide relatively accurate analytical results of bursting accidents.
