摘要
四角切向布置燃烧器锅炉在大型火力发电机组中广泛应用,然而烟道偏流引起过大热偏差常导致高温对流受热面超温、爆管,严重影响机组安全经济运行。该文对某300 M W 锅炉通过分隔屏向左偏置一定角度进行炉膛、烟道中气流流动特性模型试验和数值模拟。研究结果表明:分隔屏偏置显著改善烟道偏流现象,可减轻过、再热器烟侧热力不均,防止过大热偏差;且改造方便、效果显著。图14
Boilers with four corner tangentially firing combustors are widely used in large fossil fuel firing power plants, but excessive temperature deviations, effected by stray flue flow, often cause overheating and tube bursting of high temperature convection heating surfaces, which would seriously impair the sets safety and efficiency. The paper reports on model tests and numerical simulation of furnace flue flow in a 300MW boiler, which has its partition platen offset to the left by a certain angle. Research results show, that flue flow straying may remarkably be ameliorated by offsetting the partitioning platen, reduce gas side heat transmission deviations in superheaters and reheaters, and thereby prevent their steam temperature with remarkable effect.
