开放获取期刊长期保存必要性探析

Discussion on the Necessity of Long-Term Preservation of Open Access Journals

开放获取期刊经过严格质量控制,学术影响力和科研认知度日益提高,具有重大保存价值。但开放获取期刊的收益模式并不成熟,长期保存的实践状况也不乐观,这使得开放获取期刊的永久获取面临风险。因此,开放获取期刊长期保存活动的开展具有必要性和迫切性。

Open Access Journals （ OAJ ） have great preservation values, because they undergo rigorous quality control, and have increasing academic influence and awareness from researchers. However, revenue models of OAJ are not mature, the practice of long-term preservation is not optimistic either,which make permanent access of OAJ at risk. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to carry out long-term preservation activities for OAJ.
