在网络时代,我国实施科教兴国战略、积极参与国际合作与竞争迫切需要重视农村数字图书馆建设和学习型社会建设。现在建设农村数字图书馆的条件已经成熟,信息技术的支持、人才的保证和经济的保障极大地推进了农村数字图书馆建设进程。我国新农村数字图书馆建设应朝着转变观念、注重规划和培养人才的方向努力。

In network age, constructions of rural digital libraries and learning society must be paid urgent attention when our government implement the strategy of developing the country through science and education, actively participate in the international cooperation and competition. At present, conditions of constructing rural digital libraries are already mature. The support of information technology and the guarantee of economy and talent would greatly the process of rural digital library construction.
