摘要
介绍了我国600MW级机组锅炉的现状与发展。统计资料表明,大多数机组经历了较长的“成长期”。在此期间,机组运行不稳定,非计划停运次数多而时间长,可用率低。试验研究和实践经验表明,锅炉炉内结渣、炉膛出口烟气能量偏差及过热器、再热器超温爆管等是危及机组运行安全性和经济性的主要问题,可以通过锅炉炉膛与燃烧器的设计选型,煤质特性与燃煤管理,以及运行工况的优化管理等方面的努力,是完全可以减轻或避免的。
This article introduces the present status and development of 600 MW class boilers in China. The statistical data indicated,most 600 MW generating units experienced relatively lengthy “growing up” period. In this period, units could'nt operate stably, unplanned outage times were many and duration long, and availability low. On the basis of testing and research and the summing up of practice, it was indicated that, slagging in the furnace, deviation of flue gas energy at the exit of furnace,and overtemperature bursting of superheater and reheater tubes etc., endangering the safety and economics of operation, main problems could be completely alleviated or avoided through design and type selection of boiler furnace and burners, coal characteristics and coal handling mana gement, and optimization management of operation conditions etc.
