电液伺服阀是ＤＥＨ系统的关键部件，其工作状况直接影响汽轮发电机组的可靠性。通过对电液伺服阀的结构及运行特性的分析，阐述了各种电液伺服阀的结构特点和应用状况。
Electrohydraulic servo valve is a key component of DEH system. Its working condition directly influences the reliability of steam turbine generator unit. Through the analysis of structure and operation characteristics of electrohydraulic servo valve, the structure features and application status of various electrohydraulic servo valve are elaborated.
