脐血管上血红素氧合酶1的表达和活性与窒息新生儿的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨血红素氧合酶1(HO-1)在脐血管上的表达及在脐血中的活性与窒息的相关性。方法用免疫组织化学法观察新生儿脐血管上HO-1的表达,用双波长分光光度法测定新生儿脐血中HO-1的活性。结果窒息新生儿组与正常足月儿组比较HO-1表达明显增加(P<0.01);窒息新生儿组脐血HO-1活性显著高于正常足月儿组(P<0.01)。结论 HO-1在脐血管上的高表达可能作为保护性因素参与新生儿窒息的过程。 Objective To investigate the the correlation between the expression and activity of (heme oxygenase 1 ) HO-1 in umbilical cord blood and asphyxia of newborn. Methods The expression of HO-1 in the umbilical cord blood of neonates was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the activity of HO-1 in the umbilical cord blood of newborns was detected by double-wave-length spectrophotometric method. The examination results were statistically analyzed. Results The expression of HO-1 in asphyxia of newborn grouop was significantly increased, as compared with that in normal full-term neonates group( P 〈 0.01 ) ;the activity of HO-1 in asphyxia of newborn group was significantly higher than that in normal full-term neonates group( P 〈 O. O1 ). Conclusion As a protective factor,the overexpression of HO-1 in umbilical cord blood may be involved in the process of asphyxia of newborn.
