基于熵权TOPSIS的人的全面发展评价模型及实证

Evaluation model and empirical study of human all-round development based on entropy weight and TOPSIS

根据"坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展"的科学发展观的内涵,通过人的全面发展评价指标的海选、筛选和理性分析构建了人的全面发展综合评价指标体系.用客观赋权的熵权法确定指标权重,结合TOPSIS法建立了基于熵权TOPSIS法的人的全面发展综合评价模型,并对中国"十五"期间人的全面发展状况进行实证分析.

According to the connotation of insisting on human-oriented,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development,this paper constructed the comprehensive human all-round development evaluation index system through the selection,screening and rational analysis of human all - round development indicators. Determined the weights of indicators by entropy method,then established comprehensive evaluation model of human all-round development,Lastly analyzed the development of Chinese human all-round development during the 10th five-year plan.
