摘要
随着超大型结构的迅速发展,传统人工检测方法的工作效率与测量范围难以满足结构施工安全的需要,大量超限结构的施工安全缺少实测数据支持,有必要对大型施工监测系统进行深入研究。以京基金融中心为工程背景,对超高层施工监测系统进行研究,将施工全过程模拟技术运用于测点优化布置,依据施工模拟过程中的结构响应变化规律,制定合理的温度、竖向位移、应力测点布设方案;依据传感器和采集硬件的自身适用标准及相关选型原则,对二者进行具体的优化选型,并运用Labview平台开发超高层施工监测软件系统;将无线传输技术运用到系统监测中,制定无线分散式数据传输网络方案,解决复杂施工现场的数据实时传输问题;最后采用合理安装工艺及现场保护措施,对京基金融中心施工监测系统进行现场搭建,并进行现场数据采集。监测数据分析表明:系统工作稳定,数据趋势性良好,可以反映结构受日照及季节影响的温度变化规律,获得结构施工过程中的力学响应指标,为了解施工过程中的结构状态及相关工程决策提供实测依据,同时系统的建立与运行也为类似大型工程的高集成度及自动化施工监测的实施提供了参考。
As the quick development of large structure,the work efficiency and measuring range of traditional monitoring method can not satisfy the needs of construction safety.Construction safety of a lot of code-defiant super high-rise structures lack the support of measured data.It's necessary to investigate the construction monitoring system for large structures.Base on the Kingkey Financial Center project,a comprehensive investigation of construction monitoring system for super high-rise buildings was conducted.The technology of full-process analysis of construction was used for optimal sensor placement.A proper layout program of temperature,vertical deformation and stress sensors was done according to the response of structure obtained by full-process analysis of construction.The sensors and hardware system were chosen considering their autologous characteristics and influence factors of lectotype.A software system for construction monitoring of super high-rise buildings was developed using Labview.The technology of wireless transmission was used in the monitoring system and a wireless data transmission scheme of distributed network was done to transmit real-time data on the construction site.Finally,construction monitoring system established on the construction site of the Kingkey Financial Center was finished with proper installation procedure and safeguard.The spot data collecting was also done.The analysis of the collected data shows that the system works reliably and tendency of the data is obvious.The system can obtain the temperature rule of structure dependent on the changes of sunshine and seasons and the response of structure during construction,providing the basis for knowing the state of structure during construction and making engineering measures.Furthermore,the installation and running of the system can also provide reference for similar building construction monitoring system of high integration and automatization of large structures.
