摘要
基本药物的优先选择和合理使用是实施基本药物制度的最难点和最关键的内容之一。本文从基层医疗卫生机构层面探讨了我国在实施基本药物制度时存在的问题,包括基本药物配备品种不齐全、数量不充分、不合理用药现象严重等问题,并针对这些问题进行了原因分析,在此基础上提出了促进基本药物优先选择和合理用药的相关政策建议。
Selection priority and rational use of essential medicines is one of the most difficult and critical aspect of the implementation of essential medicines system.This paper analysed the existing problems in the implementation of essential medicines system in our country from the level of primary health care institutions and disscussed the causes of the problems,including incomplete variety of essential medicines,insufficient volume,serious irrational drug use,etc.Based on the analysis,the paper put forward the related policy suggestions to promote selection priority and rational use of essential medicines.
