立体定向脑内血肿排空术对脑出血患者血清VEGF水平影响的研究

摘要 目的观察立体定向脑内血肿排空术对脑出血患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响及治疗中量脑内血肿的疗效。方法将56例中量高血压脑出血患者按照住院号随机分为2组,治疗组采用立体定向脑内血肿排空术治疗,对照组采用小骨窗开颅手术治疗,治疗前及手术后7 d检测2组患者血清VEGF含量,评估2组疗效。结果手术后7 d,治疗组VEGF水平明显高于对照组。结论立体定向脑内血肿排空术治疗高血压脑出血疗效好。 Objective It is to observe the effect of stereotactic hematoma evacuation surgery on serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) levels in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and the curative effect on the medium hemorrhage.Methods Fifty-six patients according to the choosing standards with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the medium amount were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group according to their admission number.The treatment group was treated with stereotactic hematoma evacuation surgery,and the control group was treated with small bone window craniotomy.Before treatment and 7 days' after surgery,the contents of serum VEGF were determined respectively,and the curative effects in both groups were evaluated and compared.Results In 7 days after surgery,the level of VEGF was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Stereotactic hematoma evacuation surgery has a good curative effect on cerebral hemorrhage induced by hypertension.
