推拿配合肩胛控制训练治疗偏瘫患者肩-手综合征的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of massage therapy and control training of scapula on shoulder-hand syndrome in hemiplegic patients

目的探讨推拿配合肩胛控制训练治疗偏瘫患者肩-手综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例偏瘫肩-手综合征患者随机分成2组,对照组30例采用常规康复训练,观察组30例在常规康复训练的基础上进行推拿治疗及肩胛骨的控制训练。治疗前后用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分对患者的上肢功能、肩手疼痛及手指肿胀程度进行评定。结果训练后2组患者上肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分均较治疗前明显提高,观察组上肢功能改善情况好于对照组(P<0.05)。训练后2组患者肩手疼痛及手指肿胀程度较训练前明显减轻,观察组较对照组改善更为明显。结论推拿配合肩胛控制训练治疗偏瘫患者肩-手综合征疗效好。

Objective It is to explore the curative effects of massage therapy combined with control training of scapula in hemiplegic patients with shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods Sixty hemiplegic patients with shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups.The patients in control group（30 cases） were given routine rehabilitation,while the treatment group（30 cases） received massage therapy and scapula control training in addition.All patients were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment of the upper limbs and the degree of pain and edema before and after the treatment.Results The scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment of the upper limbs improved significantly after treatment in both groups.And the scores in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group.The degree of pain and edema decreased significantly after treatment in both groups,and decreased more in the treatment group than that in the control.Conclusion Massage therapy combined with scapula control training is significantly effective for shoulder-hand syndrome in hemiplegic patients.
