健脾疏肝活血方对H_(22)肝癌小鼠免疫器官的影响

Influence of Jianpishuganhuoxue decoction on immune organs in H_(22) hepatic cancer mice

目的探讨健脾疏肝活血方对H22肝癌小鼠免疫器官的影响。方法采用细胞接种的方法建立小鼠H22肝癌动物模型,将小鼠分为正常组,模型组,环磷酰胺组,健脾疏肝活血方低、中、高剂量组,观察各组小鼠的整体情况。15 d后取血清、胸腺、脾及肝癌组织,观察健脾疏肝活血方的抑瘤效应和对免疫器官的影响。结果成功建立小鼠H22肝癌动物模型,健脾疏肝活血方能改善肝癌小鼠的整体情况,提高脾指数和胸腺指数。结论健脾疏肝活血方对H22肝癌小鼠的免疫器官(脾、胸腺)有一定的保护作用。

Objective It is to discuss the effect of Jianpishuganhuoxue decoction（JPSGHXD） on immune organs in H22 hepatic cancer mice.Methods Animal model of H22 hepatic cancer of mice were established by inoculating tumor cell.The the mice were randomly divided into six groups： normal group,model group,CTX group,low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose group of JPSGHXD.The mice＇s overall condition in each group was observed.In 15 days later,the mice＇s serum,thymus,spleen and cancerous tissue was gotten to observe the suppressing effect of JPSGHXD on tumor growth and the influence on immune organs.Results the H22 hepatic cancer models were established successfully.JPSGHXD could improve the whole condition of tumor-bearing mice,and enhance their spleen index and thymus index.Conclusion JPSGHXD has a protecting effect on immune organs（spleen and shymus） of H22 hepatic cancer mice.
