应用潮流跟踪法分摊输电网的固定成本。潮流跟踪法应用于输电网的有功潮流分析和无功潮流分析。通过在导线中点引入虚拟节点将传输过程中存在线损的输电线变成无线损的输电线。输电网的使用费可按照节点的发电量或负荷来分摊。

This paper has applied the power flow tracing methodology to allocate the fixed cost for transmission network. The tracing method in meshed transmission networks is applied to both active and reactive power flows. A lossless transmission line is resulted from splitting the line and introducing a fictitious “line node ' in the middle. The charges for access on transmission network can be allocated based on the network nodal generation or load.
