动态血糖监测在老年2型糖尿病患者中的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 通过动态血糖监测了解老年2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况,并评价动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)的临床应用价值.方法 对56例老年2型糖尿病患者进行了72 h动态血糖监测,并与指尖血糖比较,分别进行分析.结果 50例患者有高血糖,血糖高时间段为早餐后1~2 h及中餐、晚餐后2~3 h,26例患者发生低血糖47次,其中无低血糖症状31次,低血糖发生时间多在22:00-4:00.同时进行的指尖血糖监测仅发现13次低血糖.结论 CGMS可全面反映老年2型糖尿病患者的血糖波动情况,与指尖血糖相比,能发现更多的低血糖和高血糖,为进一步调整治疗方案提供了重要信息.
