陡河电厂水膜除尘器改造为静电除尘器施工技术

Fabrication Technology of Retrofitting Water Film Separator to Electrostatic Precipitator in Douhe Power Plant

我国７０、８０年代及以前建设的火力发电厂、锅炉烟气除尘系统绝大部分采用文丘里水膜除尘器。随着国家对环保要求的提高，新建电厂目前均采用静电除尘器，老电厂也正在抓紧进行除尘器改造工作。陡河发电厂从１９９４年开始陆续完成了４台机组的改造工作，现已投入运行。目前正在进行４号机组（２５０ＭＷ）、６号机组（２００ＭＷ）的除尘器改造工作。本文将改造的施工技术作一介绍。

In the coal fired power plants built in 1970s,1980s and before then in China,the overwhelming majority of dust collecting system of boiler flue gas employed Venturi water film separator.With the increasing requirement of state environmental protection,all the newly built power plants employ electrostatec precipitators currenty.The old power plants also pay close attention to carrying out retrofitting work of dust removal equipment.Beginning from 1994,Douhe Power Plant has completed the retrofitting works of four generating units and put them into operation in succession.Presently Douhe Power Plant is conducting the retrofitting works of flue gas dust collection of No.4(250 MW) and No.6(200 MW) generating units.This article introduces the fabrication technology of retrofit.
