职业教育培训机制在农民工就业中的影响

The Influence of Vocational Education and Training in Migrant Workers Employment

加强农民工培训工作不仅是建设社会主义新农村的需要,而且是职业技术院校自身发展应该担当的责任。基于此,以主要从粤西地区岗位职业教育培训现状为切入点,调查分析了农民工职业培训中存在的不足,以及农民工在不同岗位和不同工种之间对职业培训的需求差异,通过分析岗位培训职业教育的需求差异,探讨了岗位培训职业教育对劳动力素质提高的意义。

Strengthening the training of migrant workers is not only the needs of building a new socialist countryside,but also the duty of vocational and technical schools development.From the Western Guangdong status of vocational education and training post for the embedded point,this article investigates and analyses the migrant workers in vocational training deficiencies,and the needs difference of migrant workers in different jobs and among different types of vocational training needs of different occupational job.By analyzing the needs difference of professional training vocational education,the paper discusses the significance of professional training vocational education to labors＇quality differences.
