The transformative development of adult higher education in key universities is imperative for it facing many severe challenges at present.Key universities should make use of their advantages,clarify the way of thinking,make overall planning,change the development from adult higher education for degrees to non-degree continuing education,take a leading in accomplishing the transformative development,and make contributions to the sustainable development of adult higher education and continuing education in China.
