现代远程开放教育以开放性、灵活性和广泛性等优势得以迅速发展,而教育质量是促进其健康发展的关键。文章分析了影响远程教育质量的因素,阐述了提高远程教育质量的意义,探讨了相应的措施以及如何对远程教育进行质量评价。

The modern open education is developing rapidly with its openness,flexibility and university.The education quality is the key factor to promote its healthy development.This paper analyzes the factors which affect the quality of the distance education,illustrates the meaning of improving the quality of distance education and explores the corresponding measures on how to evaluate the quality.
