摘要 指出了SPWM全桥逆变器波形失真主要是由功放直流电源的波动引起,直流电源的交流纹波电压及开关管压降是逆变器输出产生失真的主要原因,进而我们给出了以除法器为核心的补偿电路,理论上使SPWM逆变器变为一个固定增益的功率放大器,放大倍数与电源的变化无关。这是一种从理论上可以补偿由此而引起的失真的简单办法。实验结果表明,采用该方案不仅可以极大改善输出电压波形的质量,还可以大大提高逆变器的输出稳定度和放宽对供电电压范围的要求。 This article has indicated that the waveform distortion of SPWM full-bridge inverter is mainly caused by fluctuations in amplifier DC power.Ripple voltage on DC power supply and switch voltage drop is the main reason for inverter output distortion.In this article the compensation circuit with divider as the core is given out,which theoretically makes the SPWM inverter into a fixed-gain power amplifier.The amplification multiple has nothing to do with the change of power supply.This is a simple approach to compensate for the distortion in theory.Experimental results show that this scheme can not only greatly improved the quality of the output voltage waveform,but also can immensely improve the output stability of the inverter and relax the requirements for the range of supply voltage.
