摘要 针对大功率链式STATCOM中的IGBT模块关断时产生的尖峰问题,本文首先对IGBT尖峰产生机理进行了详细的分析,在此基础上提出了低杂散电感和简化缓冲电路的设计。通过合适的器件选取和叠层母线的设计应用来降低回路中的杂散电感,再加上简化的缓冲电路,能够有效地抑制尖峰电压,保证IGBT工作在安全工作区内,减少系统损耗。给出了基于CONCEPT公司2SC0108T的驱动电路设计。最后通过实验样机验证了此方案的有效性与适用性。 This paper analyzes the mechanism of the production about the surge voltage during IGBT switching off,for the problem of surge voltage in Cascade STATCOM.On this basis,the optimal design of the low stray inductance and simplified buffer circuit is proposed in the paper.Appropriate selection of components and application of laminated bus bar can reduce the stray inductance in circuit,which coupled with the simplified buffer circuit can effectively suppress the spike voltage and reduce the system loss under the premise of IGBT works in the area of safe operation.Besides,the design of driving circuit based on CONCEPT's 2SC0108T is given.Finally,the elementary experimental sample verified the validity and applicability of this design.
