阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征日间嗜睡相关因素 被引量:4

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(oSAHS)是一种以日间过度嗜睡和夜间睡眠中上气道反复阻塞为特征的常见睡眠呼吸疾病。OSAHS所致的心脑血管疾病的高发病率和病死率及其所造成的巨大的经济负担和社会危害,正逐渐受到人们的重视。国外流行病学研究表明约4%的男性及2%的女性符合临床和多导睡眠监测的OSAHS诊断标准,国内上海人群OSAHS发病率约为3.62%。
