苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合小剂量氢氯噻嗪治疗盐敏感性原发性高血压疗效分析

Levamlodipine Besylate Combined with Low Dose Hydrochlorothiazide In Treatment of Primary Hypertensive Patients with Salt Sensitivity:Analysis of Curative Efficacy

目的:观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合氢氯噻嗪对盐敏感性高血压患者的降压作用。方法:96例轻、中度高血压患者用急性静脉盐水负荷试验确定盐敏感性,于服用安慰剂2周后随机分为苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合氢氯噻嗪组和盐酸贝那普利组,总疗程12周,于治疗前、后监测患者血压变化。结果:苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合氢氯噻嗪对盐敏感性高血压患者的降压作用明显优于盐酸贝那普利(P<0.01)。结论:苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对盐敏感性高血压的降压作用优于盐酸贝那普利。

Objective：To observe the effects of levamlodipine besylate combined with hydrochlorothiazide on blood pressure in hypertensive patients with salt sensitivity.Methods：After determination of salt sensitivity by acute salt load by Weinberger methods and used placebo as run in for two weeks,96 mild or moderate hypertensive patients were randomly divided into levamlodipine combined with hydrochlorothiazide group and benazepil group.The dosage was titrated for two weeks until the targeted blood pressure was achieved.Before and after treatment for 12 weeks,the difference of blood pressure was measured.Results：For the treatment of blood pressure in salt-sensitivity patients,levamlodipine combined with hydrochlorothiazide was superior to benazepil.Conclusion：Levamlodipine combined with hydrochlorothiazide is superior to benazepil in the control of blood pressure in hypertensive patients with salt-sensitivity.
