摘要
目的:对我院2008年-2010年6月抗肿瘤药的应用现状和发展趋势进行分析。方法:利用限定日剂量法对我院2008年-2010年6月抗肿瘤药的销售进行统计。结果:3年来我院抗肿瘤药应用中用药金额、DDDs前3位以金属铂及其他抗肿瘤药及辅助治疗药所占比例最大,且该类药物的DDDs及用药金额均最高。结论:我院抗肿瘤药应用频次、用药金额呈增加趋势。
Objective：To analyze 2008-June 2010 antitumor drug application status and developing trends.Methods：We used the daily dosage restrictions for statical analysis.Results：Three years our antitumor medicine application in medicine amount,DDDs before three was platinum,other metal antitumor medicine and auxiliary medications proportion occupied a certain market share.The sale of platinum,other antitumor medicine and auxiliary medications DDDs and drug had the highest amount.Conclusion：Our antitumor drugs use frequency and drug amount has increased trends.
