下颌骨正中及旁正中骨折复位技巧的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 自20世纪70年代,应用接骨板及螺钉对颌骨骨折行坚强固定以来,对颌骨骨折固定技术的探索和改良成为颌面部创伤治疗领域的热点,拉力螺钉(1agscrew)固定、加压接骨板(dynamic compression plate,DCP)、偏心动力加压接骨板(eccentric dynamic compression palate,EDCP)、动力加压固定、张力带固定及下颌骨小型接骨板坚强内固定等不同类型的固定系统及固定方式应运而生^[1-6]。
