改良双环单蒂法治疗男性乳房发育症

Modified double-ring reduction mammoplasty with single pedicle for the treatment of gynecomastia

目的探讨改良双环单蒂法乳房缩小成形术治疗男性乳房发育症的方法和疗效。方法设计双环偏心圆切口及乳晕上方真皮蒂，以外环真皮内连续荷包缝合，行乳房缩小成形术。自2008年1月至2010年1月，共收治男性乳房发育症患者11例（20侧乳房）。结果术后随访11例患者3—36个月，均恢复正常男性胸部形态，无复发，无明显乳头、乳晕血液循环障碍等并发症出现。结论改良双环单蒂法是治疗男性乳房发育症比较理想的方法，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the method and effect of the modified double-ring reduction mammoplasty with single pedicle for the treatment of gynecomastia. Methods Breas! reduction was performed through eccentric double-ring incision with continuous pouch suture to form the superior deepithelialized pedicle. From January 2008 to January 2010, totally 11 patients （20 breasts） were received in this study. Results After 3 to 36 months follow-up, all cases received satisfactory appearance without recurrence or any complications as nipple areola complex necrosis. Conclusion It is an optimal method for the treatment of gynecomastia by modified double-ring reduction mammoplasty with single pedicle. It worth spreading in clinic.
