针对3G技术不断的发展成熟，车辆的管理也越来越依靠现代信息的手段进行管理，因此采用GPRS通讯方式来管理，从车辆安装GPRS开始，车辆使用GPRS、车辆收费等有关车辆和GPRS信息进行管理，并对现有的车辆使用GPRS的流程进行了适当的有益改进，大大的方便了车主和GPRS的管理者。
