国内30年时间医学研究文献分析

Analysis of Medical Literature Study of the Past 30 Years in China

目的了解国内时间医学研究的历史与现状。方法使用自编文献计量工具,以《中国生物医学文献光盘数据库》收录的国内时间医学研究文献为对象,对1979年1月~2009年10月时间医学研究文献的发表年代、作者及其单位、主题分类、文献来源、期刊分布及科研资助等方面进行计量分析。结果共筛选出与时间医学相关的文献5775篇,分布在974种期刊中,发文量排名前30的期刊共发文971篇,不足总量17%,807篇文献获得各级科研资助共818项次。30年间时间医学研究文献的发文量呈总体递增趋势,超过16 924名人员参与研究工作,广东、山东、江苏、北京、上海、四川6个省市作者的发文量接近总量50%。时间医学的研究内容包含生命指标、生命状态、器官系统及疾病等范畴,亦包括对医学分工角度及中医药专业的探讨;研究对象囊括了多种生物类别。中医时间医学的研究内容主要包括理论、针灸、经气流注3个类别。结论本研究结果在一定程度上揭示了国内时间医学研究的发展状况,同时还发现中西医结合的时间医学研究可能存在新的切入点。

Objective To understand the history and current status of domestic chronomedicine research.Methods Domestic chronomedicine literatures selected by CBMdisc from January 1979 to October 2009 were chosen as study object,the annual distribution,authors and their region,subject categories,journal source,journal distribution,and funding resource of the research articles were analyzed by self-designed Bibliometrics tool.Results 5775 pieces of articles related to chronomedicine and distributed in 974 journals were selected.The number of articles published in the journals of top 30 was 971,which accounted for less than 17%,among which,807 reports received 818 sums of different research funding.Research articles on Chronomedicine increased gradually during the 30 years.More than 16 924 authors participated in the research work.The articles written by authors from Guangdong,Shandong,Jiangsu,Beijing,Shanghai and Sichuan accounted for nearly 50% of all.The most contents of clinical Chronomedicine research included life indexes,life status,organ and system,disease,angle of medical labour,and investigation of traditional chinese medicine and parmacy.Research objects included various species.Research of traditional Chinese medicine mainly consisted of theory,acupuncture and Meridian flowing.Conclusion To a certain extend,this result reveals the current status of internal chronomedicine research.There may be a new entry point in the chronomedicine research of integrated traditional and western medicines.
