摘要 桥式起重机电控系统经过几十年的不断发展,经历了几次变革和技术阶跃,在每一个阶段中随着实践理论和技术水平的不同,其电路结构和控制特性都带有明显的时代特色。至今,在桥式起重机应用领域形成的几种典型起升机构控制电路,其各具特点。从低精度调速到高精度调速,从继电器、接触器到PLC、可控硅、变频器,技术不断地发展,具有鲜明的时代特点。 After decades of continuous development,the electrical control system of bridge cranes has undergone several changes and technological striking steps,and,at every stage,with the different practice theories and technological merit,both the circuit structure and the control characteristics come with obvious characteristics of the times.So far,each of the typical control circuits for hoisting mechanism developed for the applications of bridge crane is endowed with different characteristics.From low-accuracy to high-accuracy speed control,from the relays and contactors to the PLC,controlled silicon and inverter,all technologies are subject to continuous development with distinct characteristics of the times.
