摘要 为了解决罩式退火炉生产工艺中桥式起重机定位系统所存在的定位精度差、定位效率低、运行不平稳的问题,在保留原桥式起重机结构和控制方式的基础上,设计了采用激光测距器和条码定位仪作为测距测速传感器,结合工控机与可编程控制器实现精确的绝对认址及闭环控制的新型的桥式起重机定位系统。实际运行表明,该定位系统可使桥式起重机达到平稳加、减速运行,实现起重机在现场作业中高效精确定位,快速平稳运行。 To solve the problems such as poor positioning accuracy,low positioning efficiency,unsmooth running of the bridge crane system in the bell-type annealing furnace production process,on the basis of retaining the original bridge crane structure and control methods,the paper designs the new bridge crane positioning system which takes the laser range finder and bar code locator as the distance and speed measuring sensor,and can realize precise absolute localization and closed-loop control through the combination with industrial computer and programmable controller.The practical operation shows that the positioning system allows the bridge crane to conduct smooth acceleration and deceleration operation,achieving the efficient precise positioning,and rapid and smooth operation in the crane operation field.
